With The Moonhollow Origins being available on Amazon for over a month now, I think it’s good to take stock about what such a high it’s been to see the reiteration of my debut novel finally out in the world, read and reviewed by such amazing people. After what I thought was going to initially be a case of biting off more than I could chew with ARC readers, people finally began leaving their reviews on Goodreads and it’s been truly an experience to see the kind of reader experiences I had always dreamed about.
While there’s still a lot of work to be done, at the start of what every writer can agree is a very long journey, I am intensely grateful for what this first month has brought. Seeing people posting my cover on Instagram posts, attending a local book club meeting who had chosen my book as their read for the month, it’s all the encouragement I need to get over this small break and crack on with Book 2!
